Pride, Prejudice and A.D.D |
The lack of imagination is the lack of original thought. The inability to dream is the inability to succeed. Live to Love. Love to live. |
I promise you. That this point in life is temporary. It’s an obvious statement. Humans are intrepid. We carry on. We continue. Somehow individuals figure out a way to always survive. We adapt, evolve, or try harder.
This is not forever. This lull we feel in our hearts, as if time is pausing and withholding our potential. Our potential screams within us to let it out. Bursting through our blood and veins. The power it streams through our minds to our eyes. Absorbing what we see and telling our souls how we feel.
We are greatness. We are events, inventions, and epic tales yet to be told.
We must only act.
One day I will look back on this moment and smile. All the people who were important and vital in my happiness. Every little moment. Kiss. Glance. Embrace. Laughter or conversation. It fueled me.
So I let not my heart be troubled. There is always hope. Always light when times become dim. The light is within us. Lest how would we see? Or continue walking when the path seems shadowed?
Years from now. When time has slowed to my advantage. When the wrinkles line my eyes, and the memories give nostalgic glee. I will thank the Lord, for the hard times that made me who I am. The experiences. The misery. The tasks, and the challenges. Don’t allow anything to break you, allow it to make you whom you are supposed to be.
We are man.
& Man is great.
